Studio software, built by the craft

Your dots.Your data.Your shop.

Booking, deposits, waivers and payouts for independent tattoo studios. Built in a working shop. Made in Canada.

30 days free. No card to start.

No more leaked leads

Booked and deposited before you’ve checked the DMs.

Your shop gets its own address. A customer picks an artist, or the next available chair, describes the piece, uploads references and asks for a date, at two in the morning if that’s when they’re thinking about it.

The artist proposes a time and a deposit. The customer approves and pays from the email. The reminder goes out the day before. Nobody typed anything twice. Here is one booking, start to finish.

  1. 02:08

    A request comes in.

Sam wants a fine-line fern on the inner forearm and books at your address. Three references attached.

  2. 09:30

    Blake proposes a time.

Saturday at two, and a deposit. Sent from the request itself, so nothing is retyped.

    Sat 2:00 pm$150 deposit

  3. 09:41

    The deposit lands.

Sam approves from the email and pays. The chair is held, and the ledger knows whose money it is.

  4. Fri

    The reminder goes out.

A text and an email the day before. The waiver gets signed on Sam’s phone, and stays with the booking.

Session one of a sleeve. The balance settles after, on whatever they pay with, and the payout math is done.

Why not salon software

Salon software thinks a tattoo is a haircut.

It models the world as one-off services with a price. A shop doesn’t work like that, and the software it runs on shouldn’t either.

A consult isn’t a service.

Thirty minutes, unbilled, and it decides whether the piece happens at all. Book it as what it is, not as a paid appointment with the price set to zero.

A deposit isn’t a payment.

It’s custom-art money. It has to survive a reschedule, land against the right session, and show up in the artist’s payout as itself, not as a mystery line.

A sleeve isn’t an appointment.

It’s a run of them over a year. Every booking carries the customer’s history: references, notes, what’s paid and what’s owed. So session six knows about session one.

A waiver isn’t a PDF.

It’s signed on the customer’s phone before the chair, with your questions and the medical ones, and it stays with the booking. The shop iPad works too.

Built by the craft

Made inside a working studio, on its own payroll.

Before anyone else was asked to pay for it, a shop ran its bookings, deposits, waivers and payouts on this, through tax season. The deposit rules and the payout math exist because somebody at a front desk needed them on a Tuesday.

That’s also why it’s honest about money. The price agreed for the piece is the truth; whether it came in by card, cash or e-transfer is a detail the ledger records rather than a rule that decides what an artist gets paid.

Your book stays yours

Their clients. Their calendar. Your shop, in view.

Each artist gets their own login, calendar, requests and earnings. Customer records keep the references, notes and booking history together.

The studio sees the roll-up and runs the payouts. Everyone can find the part of the book they need.
