You pick a plan from Billing once your studio exists. The first 30 days are free whichever one you choose.

Nothing is switched off on the smaller plans. The price follows the shop, not the feature list.

Honest about money
What taking payments costs.
Your own Helcim account
Helcim’s rates, paid to Helcim. Stipple adds nothing on top of a card payment.
Stripe, connected
Stripe’s rates, plus 1.5% to Stipple on each payment. Money settles with the studio, not with us.
Cash and e-transfer
Nothing. Record them against the booking like any other payment, so the ledger and the payouts stay right.
Questions shops ask.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. Every plan is free for 30 days. Add a card when you decide to stay.
- What happens after 30 days?
- With a card on file, the plan carries on month to month. Without one, the trial ends and the studio is locked until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted, and it opens again the moment you subscribe.
- Which plan is mine?
- Go by how many artists work out of the shop. Every plan is the same software; the price follows the size. If you grow past your plan, we’ll ask you to move up.
- Do my artists pay anything?
- No. One subscription covers the studio. Artists get their own logins, their own calendars and their own client lists at no charge.
- Can I change plans, or cancel?
- Both, any time, from Billing inside the app. Cancel and you keep access to the end of the month you’ve paid for.
- What does taking cards cost?
- Whatever your processor charges. Card payments run through your own Helcim account at Helcim’s rates, and Stipple adds nothing on top. If you’d rather connect Stripe, it’s Stripe’s rates plus 1.5% to Stipple on each payment.
